This is the second order of bowls I have had from China Chaps. They are really good quality, always well priced and they arrive very carefully wrapped so they are in perfect condition. I intend to keep using this company to replenish my dinner service.
When I searched the website I was unsure of the size of the product shown. I telephoned Chinachaps and was given very helpful information by the adviser. I placed my order and it arrived perfectly wrapped with two days. I would happily use this company again.

Ordered two dinner sets and pasta bowls. Managed to resolve the complaint and I have left a happy customer. Only criticism would be communication but they did get back to my email. Just if you feel they arent replying then give them a few days. I would shop here again!
