My wife tried to collect our sons birthday present from the shop but they would not give it to her. He kept saying Invalid Barcode and went to serve someone else. I went to the shop this morning with my wife and despite showing him what ID and codes click + required he kept saying Invalid Barcode. He phoned someone for advice and it turns out he is doing it wrong so he finally gave us the parcel after spending ages in the shop. No apology from him. What a rude and ignorant man. Certainly won't be using this shop again for anything. Took 45 mind to get parcel due to his incompetence. Rubbish service
