Yes I agree with other patients comment a certain nurse at the practice is rude after all we're not sheep or item's on a production line we're all individuals and different and human and should be treated as such and choose what happens to our bodies the doctors and some of the reception staff are lovely just one or two at this practice WHO are not thank you everyone else thank god we can leave a review these days ..I also appreciate the NHS and what it does and stands for its just some people are horrible that work for it being kind costs nothing being sick and I'll sometimes isn't our fault .. I would just like to say that Lulu is the loveliest nurse a kind understanding human being I hope she stays at the practice she doesn't judge just respect's lovely lady..
Never had a problem. Every query was actioned positively. Much better than the practice when we lived in Bromley.

This has to be the worst practice I have ever been registered with. Good luck to anyone that gets with them, maybe your experience will be better.
I've noticed alot of negative reviews, I guess to be fair you have to appreciate that these doctors have a lot of patients and are very busy. I'll comment on the premises. This medical practice has a clean waiting room, ok sometimes a queue but helpful receptionists, a large car park so usually no problem parking, and the chemist to get a prescription is at the entrance to the car park, so very convenient. My doctor has helped me so much over the last few years that I can't be anything but positive about this medical centre.
