Nice store but to be honest the staff could do with some customer training can be quite rude no please or thank you as a paying customer I do at least expect that . manners don't cost anything ..
I come here at least 3 times a week this local m&s has the best variations of fresh food and drinks and its local for fuel. Highly recommend

Just visited M&S Snodland, customer service terrible, I was at the petrol pump waiting for the magic button to be pushed while two M&S employees were chatting. I was waiting at least 3 minutes, there were no customers at the counter so it was not busy. Jenny and some other lady with BRIGHT coloured lipstick just stood there talking and they said, " all i can say is that i am sorry" who cares, where is the customer service, the young manager with black hair came out to talk to me, he said the same, i believe he will do nothing about this. I have been in the store before when jenny has had disagreements with other customers, why is she still working at M&S. I thought M&S took pride in their customer service, but in the case,NOT. Where has all the customer service gone, AND you are paying wages to promote your company like this, no wonder M&S are in trouble still. Good location, Customer Service SUCKS.......
Do not use the tyre pressure machine. It has incorrectly measured the pressures. Waste of time and money.
