We travelled 80 miles to view the car we had been looking for so the sale was almost guaranteed. The reception were efficient. The lady who came to talk to is about car was very unprofessional. No introduction, knew nothing about the car, didn't know the options around payment and was blatantly only interested in selling warranty and extras. We had to collect car next day from their collection depot and she never advised that she was meant to book us in so we ended up not having a booking slot and having to plead with them to fit us in. The collection team were very good and process was smooth. Wouldn't choose to buy a car from here again but if they are only place with the desired spec car then no choice. At least if there is a next time we know what to expect ref customer service.

I bought a BMW 1 series for my birthday, straight away I felt welcomed, the staff were beyond lovely. Would 100% buy a car from there again. Loved it, lovely experience thank you so much!

Great atmosphere, attentive staff. Typical cat sales people though. They're you best friend but once you have signed up move on pretty fast. Collection is arranged well and comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful
